Bluetooth Problems

Unable to connect to another Bluetooth-enabled device.
Make sure both devices are Bluetooth activated.

Make sure the distance between the two devices is not over 10 meters or that there
l
are no walls or other obstructions between the devices.
Make sure the other device is not in "Hidden" mode.
l
Make sure both devices are compatible (i.e., support the same profile).
l
Unable to end/terminate a Bluetooth
If another device is connected to your computer, you can either end the connection
l
using another device or by deactivating Bluetooth

ODD Drive Problems

The ODD drive cannot read a disk.
Make sure the disk is correctly seated in the tray with the label facing up.

Make sure the disk is not dirty. Clean the disk with a disk cleaning kit, available in
l
most computer stores.
Make sure the computer supports the disk or the files contained.
l
Unable to eject a disk.
The disk is not properly seated in the drive. Manually release the disk following the
method described next:
1. Turn off the computer.
2. Insert a small rod, such as a straightened paperclip, into the drive' s manual-eject
hole and push firmly to release the tray.
3. Pull the tray out until fully extended and then remove the disk.
