9.65 LC TREADMILL COMPUTER OPERATION P6 75% MAX HEART RATE The program will begin at 1mph. Adjust the speed by using the speed + or – button to a comfortable rate as the treadmill will adjust the incline to help you achieve the target heart rate. The computer will read your heart rate and compare it to the preset target rate and adjust the incline up one level if the actual heart rate is 6 or more beats below the preset target.
