Test
Cutter Verifies operation of the cutter. Allows either
single or continuous cut operation. An offset
value can be entered to determine how much
margin the cutter system has.
Button Test The display indicates which button the servo
processor interprets as being pressed. Button
code is matched against a look-up table.
Three failure modes are possible:
1) Button indicated on display is incorrect.
2) Display does not change when button is
pressed.
3) "Button Fail" shown on display if no code
match was found.
EXIT by pressing UP ARROW and DOWN
ARROW at the same time.
X-motion The X-axis motor is continuously driven
Control forward in swath-advance increments.
Pressing the UP ARROW increases speed.
Pressing the DOWN ARROW decreases
speed. EXIT by pressing the ENTER button.
Bail Cycle Test Continuously raises and lowers the bail.
Line Detect Tests and verifies operation of color detection
Sensor capability. Also checks line detect LED.
