FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION OPERATIONAL GUIDE AND SPECIFICATIONS INITIAL PREPARATION Each meter is supplied com- plete with a 9V battery. Slide 9 VOLT BATTERY off the battery cover on the Battery Compartment rear of the thermometer, in- stall the battery and reattach the cover. -

Make sure the battery con- tacts are tight before reattaching the cover. CALIBRATION ® All HANNA instruments thermometers have been accurately pre-calibrated at the factory. It is generally recommended to have all ther- mometers recalibrated at least once a year. -
