BT Network Services

By selecting the BT Services menu you can access a range of useful pre-stored
numbers and further BT Calling Features.

Pre-stored BT Services numbers:

– diverts all calls to a number.
Divert - All
– diverts calls when your line is busy.
Divert - BuSy
– diverts calls if you do not answer.
Divert - no AnS
– to activate/de-activate.
CAll wAiting
– lets you use your network's voicemail service (1571).
voiCeMAil
– dials the BT Granite Helpdesk for information and help.
proD helpline
– BT directory enquiries.
Bt 118500
- lets you cancel an automatic call back request.

CAnCel CAllBACk

– prevents your telephone number being sent when you make
withholD iD
calls. Enters 141 automatically before the next call only.
Open the BT Services menu

IMPORTANT
To use BT Services and BT Calling Features you
must first subscribe (if required) to the relevant
service from your network provider. A quarterly
fee may be payable.

If you are not connected to the BT network, some
of these services may not be available. Please
contact your network provider. Call Diversion
services may allow other divert options. Check
with your network provider for details.
