INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER INSTALLATION All installation (electrical connection) procedures must be carried out by a skilled engineer in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. The appliance may be installed in all masonry, metal, wood or plastic laminate-covered wood furniture units capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 90°C. -

FRYER: PF1 - BF1 To set the cooking temperature, turn the knob clockwise, up to a maximum setting of 200°C. When the heating element comes on, two lights, one green and one red, light up. The red light goes out when the selected temperature is reached. It is normal for some types of lamp to show a little light even when the plates are not working. -
