722 Failed to obtain IP address from the DHCP server.
725 DNS Server connection timed out. DNS Server is
down.
726 Received an error response from the DNS Server.
728 The document was sent to the Internet Fax in an
incompatible file format (PDF).
Note: PDF file format is only used when sending an
Internet Fax to a PC.
729 Failed to authenticate (SMTP Authentication) when
connecting with the SMTP server.
730 Cannot retrieve the Journal nor program the Internet
Parameters and the Auto Dialer remotely via email
from a PC.
731 The dialer buffer for manual dialling was full (70
stations) when the Relay Transmission Request was
received.
800/814/ Unit was requested to relay a document or
816/825 Confidential Communication but has no capability.
815 Mailbox is full.
826 The received sub-address is not preprogrammed in
the address book.
870 Memory overflow occurred while storing documents
into memory for transmission.

Confirm that the Internet Parameter and the
DHCP server are correctly configured before
turning on or turning off the power.

Change the XMT File Type (Fax Parameter
No. 177 (XMT File Type)) to "TIFF".

Check that the Fax Parameter No. 158 (PC
Remote Update) is set to "Valid".
Request the originator to re-send the Relay
Transmission Request after the reserved
communication is finished.
Check with the other party.
Install Optional Flash Memory Card.
Check entries in the address book. Check the
entry of the sub-address of the remote station.
Transmit documents without storing into
memory.
