Example : Clear Toner Counter

After replacing the Toner Cartridge, the Toner Counter will be cleared automatically.
If you want to clear the Toner Counter manually, the following procedure is required.

Press the Function key.

Select "Counter View".

Select "20-39", and then select
(2 times).

Select "30 Clear Toner Counter Y".
(Ex: Clear Yellow Toner Counter)
Select the desired color of Toner Counter.

Select "Yes" to clear the Toner
Counter.
When clearing other color of toner counter,
repeat steps 4 and 5.

Select "Close".
After Setting up the function(s), press the
Reset key to return the machine to the initial
screen of the current active mode.
