Date and Time Settings

Although not required, you should set the date and time on the HP
NetStorage 6000. The system uses the information on this screen to keep
track of the date and time for operations such as:

Backup
n
Time stamps for file generation and modification
n
Log file reports
Failure to set the proper date and time may lead to confusing behavior or
misleading time stamping of files and log messages.
To set the date and time:
Using the NetStorage web interface, click the Configuration tab, then

select System Settings > Date and Time.
2 Enter the:

current date using the format mm/dd/yyyy.
•
current time using military format hh:mm.
3 Select a Time Zone for your area from the pull-down menu.
If desired, check Automatically Adjust Clock for Daylight Savings

Changes.
Click Apply.
