Introduction

The HP ThinPro Linux-based operating system was initially designed for t5545
hardware with 512MB of flash. HP ThinConnect was designed for t5145 hardware
with 128Mb of Flash. HP recently released a light version of HP ThinPro designed to
fit on 128Mb Flash, giving HP customers the ability to use HP ThinPro as an
alternative to HP ThinConnect on the t5145 platform.
This white paper explains various methods of migrating an existing t5145 HP Thin
Client from HP ThinConnect to HP ThinPro.
Note:
Customized settings will not be preserved when migrating
from HP ThinConnect to HP ThinPro.
