Fuser Detack Housing Assembly Removal

1. Remove the fuser assembly.
2. Remove the fuser cover assembly.
3. Remove the fuser lamp. Use care when handling the lamp.
4. Disengage the hot roll bearing clips to free the fuser frame
walls.
5. Gently apply outward pressure on the left and right fuser side
frames to release the detack housing assembly.

Fuser Transfer Plate Removal

1. Remove the upper paper deflector.
2. Remove the fuser transfer roll.
3. Remove the inner paper deflector.
4. Lift the left side of the fuser transfer plate (A) and move the plate
to the left to clear the right side from its mounting.
5. Remove the fuser transfer plate.
