Delay Before Force Hang-up. Sets the length of time that
your modem waits after receiving an H0 command (or a
DTR drop if your modem is set to follow DTR) before it
hangs up. An OK message indicates that all data was
transmitted before disconnecting. A NO CARRIER message
indicates that the timer expired before all the data was sent.
If S38 is set to 255, then the modem will stay connected until
all the data in its buffer is delivered or the connection is lost.
