Removing the Notebook

It is not necessary to turn the notebook off before removing it
from the Expansion Base, although this is recommended if your
operating system is Windows 2000 or earlier.
1. Press the buttons on the end of the expansion cable 1 to
disconnect the cable from the notebook 2.
