Operating system : Windows ® 98SE, ME, XP, Mac OS
Main memory : more than 64 MB RAM
IEEE1394 add-on card or built in IEEE1394 card

Recording with a DV connection cable (VP-D190MSi only)

1. Set the power switch to VCR mode.
2. Connect the DV cable (not supplied)
from the DV IN/OUT port of
the camcorder to the DV IN/OUT port
of the other DV device.
Make sure that DV IN appears on
the screen.
3. Press the START/STOP button to begin
REC PAUSE mode.
PAUSE is displayed on the OSD.
4. Start playback on the other DV device while you monitor
the picture.
5. Press the START/STOP button to start recording.
If you want to pause recording momentarily, press the
START/STOP button again.
6. To stop recording, press the (STOP) button.
Reference
When using this camcorder as a recorder, the pictures that
appear on a monitor may seem uneven, however recorded
pictures will not be affected.

Aufnahme über DV-Kabel (nur VP-D190MSi)
1. Stellen Sie den Betriebsmodus-
Schalter auf Position VCR.
2. Verbinden Sie den digitalen Ein-/
Ausgang DV IN/OUT des Camcorders
über ein DV-Kabel (nicht mitgeliefert)
mit dem digitalen Ein-/Ausgang des
anderen DV-Geräts.
Überprüfen Sie, ob auf dem Monitor
die Anzeige DV IN erscheint.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste START/STOP, um den Modus REC
PAUSE (Aufnahmepause) aufzurufen.
Auf dem LCD-Monitor erscheint die Anzeige PAUSE.
4. Starten Sie die Wiedergabe am anderen DV-Gerät. Überprüfen
Sie die Bildwiedergabe am Monitor.
5. Drücken Sie die Taste START/STOP, um die Aufnahme zu
starten.
Wenn Sie die Aufnahme unterbrechen möchten
(Aufnahmepause), drücken Sie die Taste START/STOP
erneut.
6. Um die Aufnahme zu stoppen, drücken Sie die Taste
(STOP).
Hinweis
Wenn Sie mit dem Camcorder Bilder von einer anderen DV-
Quelle aufzeichnen, kann die Bildanzeige auf dem Monitor
Mängel aufweisen; die Aufnahme wird davon jedoch nicht
beeinträchtigt.
