How Do I See PowerTouch III in the Dark?
You can use your PowerTouch III in the dark. When you turn on the back
light, your PowerTouch III screen will light up, making navigation easier
if you need to operate PowerTouch III in dim or nonexistent light.
BACKLIGHT
To use PowerTouch III in the dark, press (BACKLIGHT).
BACKLIGHT
To turn off the light and return to normal display, press (BACK-
LIGHT) again.
Backlight is automatically turned off when PowerTouch III goes to
"sleep"—you will need to turn it on again when you reactivate PowerTouch
III.
Keep the Backlight turned off during normal use to maximize the life of
