Listening to external input sources

Select an external input source.
Turn INPUT SEL./MULTI CONTROL knob [press
the INPUT SELECTOR key on the remote].

Play the connected equipment.

Adjusting the external input level (TAPE/VIDEO1, VIDEO2, TV, AUX)

This adjusts the input level for the external equipment (cassette deck etc.) connected to the external input
terminal. Adjust the level for the external input sources to sound like an equivalent volume to CD.

Press the MODE key, turning the INPUT
SEL./MULTI CONTROL knob to select "IN-
PUT LEVEL". Then press the SET key.

Select input level. Then press the SET key.
÷ Operation with the remote control also is possible.
In that case, press the MULTI CONTROL %/fi key
on the remote control instead of turning the INPUT
SEL./MULTI CONTROL knob.
