Setting the AV Output Mode [AV-OUT]

(During the KTC-V500N or KTC-V500P is
connected)

FM Transmitter Function [FM-TX]

You can use the FM transmitter function to hear the
sound of the source set in AV OUT from your car FM
radio.

The FM transmitter is turned on.
[¶OFF]
The FM transmitter is turned off.
Selecting the frequency:
Press the [2] or [3] button to change the frequency by
0.1 MHz step.
Selecting the VIDEO 1/NAV level:
Press the [2] or [3] button.
Selecting the VIDEO 2/R-CAM level:
Press the [2] or [3] button.
• Be sure to select a frequency that is not the same as a
broadcast station in your area.
• The auto seek function on your car radio may not stop at the
FM transmitter frequency. In this case, use the manual seek
function to set the radio to the FM transmitter frequency.

Switching the Setup Screen -1

Touch the [ 2 ] button.

Exit the System Setup-2 Screen

Touch the [RETURN] button.
Return to the setup menu screen.

Setting the TV Area

(During the KTC-V500P is connected)
Select the area for TV broadcast viewing.

Selecting the Preset Bands:
Touch the [TV 1] or [TV 2] button.
Selecting the Reception Area:
Touch the [¶G1] - [¶G5] button.

Select the channel setting for your country as follows.
The reception area can be set for two separate preset bands
TV1 and TV2.

Exit the TV Area Setting Screen

Touch the [RETURN] button.
Return to the tuner setting menu screen.
