Dell PowerEdge M910—System Memory Update
You can upgrade the system memory to a maximum of 1 TB by installing
32 GB RDIMMs.
32 GB DIMMs are supported only on systems with:
• Intel 7510 scalable memory buffer
• Intel Xeon processor E7-2800/4800/8800 product family
NOTE:
M910 systems with Intel 7510 scalable memory buffer on the system board
can be identified by the Roman numeral II marked on the blade handle.
Table 1 shows the possible memory configurations using 32 GB, 8 GB,
and 16 GB DIMMs in two- or four-processor systems.
