4 Remove the four screws of the 2.5" hard-drive bracket, then detach the
hard-drive from the bracket. See Figure 3-8.

NOTE:
The correct orientation of the bracket with the arrow mark pointing towards
the hard-drive connector.

Installing 2.5" Hard-Drives

CAUTION:
Many repairs may only be done by a certified service technician. You
should only perform troubleshooting and simple repairs as authorized in your
product documentation, or as directed by the online or telephone service and
support team. Damage due to servicing that is not authorized is not covered by
warranty. Read and follow the safety instructions that came with the product.
1 Align the 2.5" hard-drive bracket with the new hard-drive and replace the
four screws. See Figure 3-8.
2 Connect the hard-drive to the hard-drive board in the sled. See Figure 3-7.
3 Replace the sled hard-drive bracket screws. See Figure 3-6.
