A QuickLoop zone configuration is a group of QuickLoop zones that are
enforced whenever that zone configuration is enabled.
To define a QuickLoop zone configuration, assign a zone configuration name
and specify the QuickLoop zones to be included, by zone name. The
QuickLoop zones must also be included in the zone configuration. A
QuickLoop zone configuration name must be a unique alphanumeric string
beginning with an alphabetical character. The underscore character (_) is
allowed; zone configuration names are case sensitive.
