Supported Devices
ΠCertain types of USB Digital camera and audio devices may not be compatible with this product.
ΠAllShare Play supports only USB Mass Storage Class (MSC) devices. MSC is a Mass Storage Class Bulk-Only
Transport device. Examples of MSC are Thumb drives, Flash Card Readers and USB HDD (USB HUB are not
supported). Devices should be connected directly to the product's USB port.
ΠMore than 3TB USB HDD is not supported.
ΠIf more than 2 PTP devices are connected, you can only use one at a time.
ΠIf more than two MSC devices are connected, some of them may not be recognized. A USB device that requires
high power (more than 500mA or 5V) may not be supported.
ΠIf the product has no input during the time set in Auto Protection Time, the Screensaver will run.
ΠThe power-saving mode of some external hard disk drives may be released automatically when you connect
them to the product.
File system and formats
ΠThe USB function might not work properly with unlicensed multimedia files.
ΠMTP (Media Transfer Protocol) is not supported.
ΠThe file system supports FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS.
ΠAllShare Play supports only the Sequential jpeg format. It does not support the Progressive jpeg format.
ΠThe higher the resolution of the image, the longer it takes to display on the screen.
ΠThe maximum supported JPEG resolution is 15360 X 8640 pixels.
ΠIf a file is corrupted or the product does not support the file type, the
appears.
ΠIf the files are sorted by
ΠIf the number of files and folders saved on a USB storage device is approximately over 8000, the files and
folders may not appear and some folders may not be opened.
