The system event message logged in the syslog has the following structure:
syslog header (timestamp + hostname + sysmgr/)
Timestamp (from the service)
Name/value pairs
Name and value separated by delimiter '::' (double colons)
Each name/value pair separated by delimiter ';;' (double semi-colons)
