Remove the mounting bolts and nuts from the front fender
and footrest plate.
RXL / EXL 150 (Viper. St)
Please remove the two screws on the top of the headlight.
Then you can see there is a screw on the tip of the vehicle.
Please remove it.
And there are the screws on the both side of the vehicle.
You can see it inside of the front fender.
After you remove those screws above, you still must follow
the procedure of 11.2 and 11.3. That's the entire front fender
could be removed.
