To view a report

In the Symantec Management Console, on the Reports menu, click All
Reports.
2 In the left pane, expand the Reports > Remote Management > Remote
Control folders.
3 Click the report that you want to view.
The report opens in the right pane.
You can change some of values for the parameters that are included in the standard
reports.

To change the parameters for a report
1 In the Symantec Management Console, on Reports menu, click All Reports.
