Turn on the main switch 1.
The following request occurs on the display:
"Push Pedal backwards for referencing"

Step the pedal backwards to start the reference run of the sewing
unit.
The main menu appears in the display.

Turn off the main switch 1.
All the drives and the control unit are immediately separated from
the mains.
