test strip or a problem
with the meter.
What to do
You can still perform a blood
glucose test and get an accurate
test result. Contact LifeScan

8862 to report this occurrence if
this is not your first time use
of the meter.
Do not use the meter. Contact
LifeScan Customer Service at

Repeat the test with a new
test strip; see pages 22–23.
