Using Core Console
Activate or Deactivate a User
Faronics Core User Guide
Users can be activated or deactivated via Core Console. Users deactivated will not be able to
perform any actions on Core Console. Deactivated users can be activated as required.
Complete the following steps to edit a user:
1. Right-click the Core Server and select Manage Users and Roles.
2. The User Management dialog is displayed. Select the user.
•
Activate — select the Active check box to activate the user.
•
Deactivate — clear the Active check box to deactivate the user.
If a user is deactivated, the Scheduled Tasks created by the user will not be
executed.
