Faronics Core User Guide
The Configuration Wizard allows you to configure Core Console, create or backup Security
Certificates, create the first administrator and configure the Core Database.
1. When Core Console is run for the first time, the following screen is displayed. Click Next to
continue.
2. Create or import a security certificate. For this example, we have selected Generate a new
certificate. Click Next. For more information on the security features of Faronics Core, refer to
the section
Faronics Core
3. Enter the following fields:

Name for certificate — enter a name for the certificate.
