  • Page 4 • Do not position the supply air vent so that the air flow cools the heat sensor (see heat sensor installation instructions). • If the mains cord is damaged, either the manufacturer or mainte- nance representative or other qualified person must change it to prevent any hazards.
  • Page 5 • Do not use any type of water other than that specified in the sauna heater instructions. • If using sauna fragrances in the water, only use fragrances intended for sauna water and follow their instructions for use. • Prolonged time in a hot sauna raises body temperature, which may be dangerous.
  • Page 6 Maintenance • All maintenance operations requiring special skills must be carried out by a trained professional. • Wipe the sauna heater from time to time with a damp cloth to re- move dust and dirt. Use mild detergents if necessary. Do not use running water when cleaning.

  • Page 11 6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION Always observe the values given in the instructions for use of the device. Deviating from them causes a fire hazard. Only one electric heater may be installed in the sauna, unless otherwise stated in the instructions. The device must be installed in such a way that the warning texts remain easily read- able after installation.

  • Page 13 6.3. Installing the control unit and sensors Do not position the supply air vent so that the air flow cools the heat sensor. • The control unit comes with detailed instructions on how to mount it on the wall. • Install the heat sensor as shown in the picture.

Electrical connections The sauna heater may only be connected to the mains by a qualified electrician in accordance with the regulations in force. • The sauna heater is connected semi-fixed to the junction box on the sauna wall. The junction box shall be splash-proof and shall not be more than 500 mm above the floor.

At the final inspection of the electrical installations, the sauna heater insulation resistance measurement may show "leakage"...
  • Page 17 6.6. Placing of sauna stones Sauna heater stones are important for the safety of the sauna heater. In order for the warranty to remain valid, the user is responsible for proper maintenance of the stone space in accordance with the specifications and instructions. Do not place any items or devices in the sauna heater’s stone space or vicinity that can change the amount or direction of air flowing through the sauna heater.

Troubleshooting The sauna heater will not heat up • Check that the sauna heater’s fuses in the electrical panel are intact. • Check that the sauna heater’s connection cable is plugged in. • Check that the overheat protector has not tripped (see control unit installation instructions).
