Attach by using 38 mm screws (H) for the front holes of the seat plate (D) and 32 mm screws (G) for the rear holes of the seat plate (D).

Lift the handle and raise your body up slightly to allow the chair to rise to the desired height.
Page 12 Function Instruction - 2 To Operate Tilt Lockout: While seated, reach under the right side of the chair to ﬁnd the height adjustment handle. Pull the handle all the way out (away from the gas lift) to allow the chair to tilt backwards. Push the handle in towards the gas lift to lock the chair angle while the desired position is reached.

Then lift the lever upward and hold to bring the lumbar support outward. Once desired support is reached, release lever to lock lumbar. To bring lumbar support back to original setting, lift lever upward and lean back or apply more pressure on the lumbar.
