Reference the table below on the preventative maintenance activities to be performed. All preventive maintenance activities must be performed on a regular basis. -

WARRANTY - COMMERCIAL Functional Trainer LIMITED WARRANTY Dyaco Canada Inc. warrants the unit for a period of time listed below from the date of installation, as determined by sale receipt, or in the absence of a sales receipt eighteen (18) months from the original factory shipping date. Dyaco Canada Inc.’s responsibilities include providing new or remanufactured parts, at Dyaco Canada Inc.’s option, and technical support to our independent dealers and servicing organizations. - Page 21 WARRANTY - CONTINUED EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not cover the following: 1. CONSEQUENTIAL, COLLATERAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY.
