  • Page 22 FEATURES Programming the Console Each of the programs can be customized with your personal information and changed to suit your needs. Some of the information asked for is necessary to ensure the readouts are correct. You will be asked for your Age and Weight. Your Age is also necessary during the Heart Rate control program to ensure the correct settings are in the program for your Age.
  • Page 23 PRESET PROGRAMS FAT BURNING The FAT BURNING Program keeps the user as at low to moderate intensity for a prolonged workout. The focus is on aerobic endurance. 1. Press the FAT BURNING button. 2. Console displays: Start Or Press OK To Set Up. Press OK. 3.

Use the Level + or - keys or the numerical Keypad to adjust age.
