Instructions for 51-21004 - Polaris RZR Pro XP Soft Door Kit (PO-PRO-XP-SDK01)
Notice: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. Product is FLAMMABLE.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the enclosure. The
installation is best done when ambient temperature is 70
weather, warming the adhesive Velcro strips before installation is recommended.
1. Carefully open the carton and remove the rolled up Cab Enclosure on a large flat surface that
is clean and free of dirt or other material that may soil or scratch the windows of the Cab.
2. Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:

1. Door Panels a. Begin installation by hanging the Door Panels from the top by using the 3” adhesive Velcro strips as shown in the photos below:... - Page 3 b. After installing the double-sided strips attach the 4” tab in the top front corner using the 4” adhesive strips. See Photos Below:...
- Page 4 c. Now move to the bottom of the door. In the rear you will see a strap and buckle that will go down and wrap around a bar and back up to the buckle. d. The front of the door attaches to the inside of the stock door using the 10” and 24” adhesive strips as shown in the photos below:...
- Page 5 DOOR INSERT 1. Start by taking the 16”, 10” and 5” adhesive Velcro strips and place them around the opening in the door as shown in the photo below: 2. Then attach the door insert to the inside of the door as shown in the following photo.
- Page 6 3. The next part is a little more difficult. Reach the back of the panel back between the seat and the back side panel while the door is wide open. You will notice where the is comes to. Take the 20” adhesive strip and place it there and attach the panel to it. Door Sweeps 4.
- Page 7 Cleaning and Storage Recommendations: 1. Before removing for storage, make sure it is very clean in order to prevent scratching of the window panels. Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag! Let the Cab dry thoroughly before attempting to roll for storage.
