Uploading and sharing files

Select File > Collaborate.

Select either of the options:
Upload files
Upload and share files
Upload Files to Acrobat.com
If you have signed up for Acrobat.com, specify the username and password in the Publish to Acrobat.com dialog

box.
If you are new to Acrobat.com or you lost your password, click the respective links which take you to Acrobat.com
website where you can register or retrieve your password.
After you submit the Acrobat.com credentials, click Sign In.

Specify a publish title and check the file types for upload. If files with the same publish title reside on Acrobat.com,

you are prompted to overwrite. If you do not want to overwrite, but want to upload files, provide a unique publish
title.
Click Upload.

Share Files on Acrobat.com
Follow step 1 to step 3 in the section Upload Files to Acrobat.com.

Click Next and then enter e-mail addresses of people you want to share the files with, e-mail subject, and message.

Set one of the following access levels:
Limited access: Only my specific recipients can access and download the file:
e-mail addresses to access the files. For this, the e-mail addresses in which you shared the files and the e-mail
addresses in which the recipients have signed up for Acrobat.com account must match.
Open access: Anyone who knows the URL can access and download the file:
and download the file without signing in to Acrobat.com.

Report to Acrobat.com or internal server

If you do not want to use a Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking the quiz scores, Adobe Captivate
provides you with alternate reporting options. You can now choose Acrobat.com or an internal web server as your
reporting servers.
After the user submits the quiz result, Adobe Captivate Quiz Results Analyzer, an AIR-based desktop application, lets
you analyze the assessment report in online and offline modes.
Reporting workflow
You create a quiz and set either Acrobat.com or Internal Server as the reporting server preference.

User completes the quiz, and submits the result to the reporting server.

You access the report from the server, view, generate, and publish using Adobe Captivate Quiz Results Analyzer.

You save the report locally so that it can be analyzed in offline mode.
