Follow the general workflow for creating a question slide.
Add a Fill-In-The-Blank question slide.

Type a sentence or phrase replacing the dummy text.

Select a word or phrase in the sentence you just typed, right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) and then

select Mark Blank.
(Optional) To add multiple options:

Double click the word/phrase that is marked blank and then use the + button to add additional words/phrases

Select Dropdown list instead of User Input.

Check the words/phrases that correctly fills in the blank.

Select Shuffle Ans if you want the choices to appear in a different order each time the user returns to this
