Flushing
the air-conditioning
system
with refrigerant

If humidity has entered the system during as-
sembly of the air-conditioning
system or as re-
sult of replacement
of individual pans, the fol-
lowing procedure
must be followed when re-
filling the system:
5. Syphon off the refrigerant
6. Fft new fluid reservoir.
7. Evacuate.
6. Fill
1. Connect the service unit.
2. Evacuate.
3. Fill approx. 500 g refrigerant.
4. Switch on the air-conditioning
system and
allow the compressor
to run for approx. 1
min. Ensure that valves 6 and 7 are closed
on the service unit.
