Description
A MovieClip object that is the SeekBar
control.
A number that specifies, in milliseconds,
how often to check the seekBar handle
when scrubbing. The default value
is 250.

how far a user can move the scrubBar
handle before an update occurs. The
value is specified as a percentage,
ranging from 1 to 100.
