5.2.3 C-Media Audio Device Driver Installation
To install the device drivers for the C-Media CMI8738/PCI-SX audio
controller under Windows 2000:
1.
Insert the PR-DLSW support CD into your CD-ROM drive. When
Autorun in enabled in your computer, the Drivers menu automatically
appears.
2.
Click on the
C-Media Audio Driver and Application
C-Media audio installation.
If Autorun is not enabled, locate the drivers and applications in the
following path:
\Drivers\C-Media\Win_2K\
3.
From the menu that appears, select a button to install both the driver
and applications, or install the driver and the applications separately.
4.
Select your desired installation language from the list.
5.
Follow the succeeding screen instructions.
