Description of the Stationary Lifter
Warranty
Warranty is valid for one year for material and manufacturing defects. Maintenance must follow manual.
Components
Identifies the stationary lifter's modules: Column, Cross-member, Power pack, Remote control, Load carrier.
Assembly
Disassembly and Scrapping
To disassemble, follow assembly instructions in reverse. Hand in for recycling or Pronomic.
Using the Stationary Lifter
Remote Control
Operates the load carrier by pressing up/down buttons. Has two or four buttons.
Power Pack
Modifying the power pack is dangerous. Keep away from water. Turn off when not in use.
Safety and Limitations
Limitations
Column and slide not designed for horizontal force. Protect from impacts.
Storage and Transport
Disconnect remote control and motor cable. Secure parts to avoid damage.
Loading and Unloading
User responsible for correct loading. Center gravity close to column for stability.
Maintenance
Every Day
Keep the lifter clean and avoid dirt or fluids reaching lift screw and slide.
Every Year, or When Needed
Covers cleaning, electrical connections, parts wear, nuts/bolts, and lift column maintenance.
Troubleshooting
Guidance for when the load carrier does not move or the lift trolley sounds strange.
