Resetting to Factory Defaults

There are two ways to return the Powerline HD Plus Ethernet Adapter to its factory default
settings.
Press the Security button on the Powerline HD Plus Ethernet Adapter for 12 seconds until its
Status light goes off.
Use the HDX111 configuration utility to reset devices on the Powerline network one by one.
To use the HDX111 configuration utility to reset to factory defaults:
Note: If you use a custom network ID, as each device is reset it will be disconnected from
the Powerline network. To avoid losing access to the Powerline network in this
situation, first reset all remote devices and then reset the local device.
1. For a remote device in your network, click the device name to highlight it in the Main tab.
