ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR

Model# 8021-22
1. Screw the pole (B) onto base (A) clockwise
until tight, and screw socket holder (C) onto
pole( B) . You may need to pull any excess cord
gently through the poles so that these two parts
fit.
2. Place metal frame(D) onto socket holder (C)
and tighten it with socket ring(E).
3. Screw in light bulb before applying shade(F).
4. Tighten the metal buckle (H) onto pole(B) by
screw (G). Use metal metal buckle (H) to secure
the shade (F) to the pole.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
