ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Duet Floor Lamp

GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION:
This product is suitable
for dry locations only.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug as a feature to reduce the risk
of electric shock (one blade is larger than the other). This plug will fit in
a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician.Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug can be
fully inserted.

BULB TYPE: Use only with two type A Max 60W bulbs (not
included).
NOTE: This lamp must be assembled from top to bottom. Do not
assemble from the base up.
1. Lay all parts on the floor on a flat surface. Remove the black
wire protectors (M) from the base and throw them away.
2. Screw poles (H) clockwise onto the shade holder (I) until tight.
Then screw poles (G),(F), and (E) together onto poles (H) to form
the lamp body.
3. Place lamp body poles (E) through the base holes.
4. From the bottom of the base(D), place metal washers (C) onto
the poles(E) and then place the HEX nut (B) onto the poles,
screwing as tight as possible with your hands.
To make the lamp strong and sturdy, use the Spanner (A) to
tighten the HEX nut (B) as much as possible. Now you can stand
the lamp right side up and begin shade assembly.
5. Place Harps (K) onto the Saddle (J). Do this easily by
squeezing the harp so each metal tube fits snugly into the
Saddle (J).
6. Place shade (L) onto the harps (K) and tighten it by screwing
on 2 finials (M).
DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG .
