ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
NOTE: ALL WIRES ARE CONNECTED AT THE FACTORY. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN
UNPACKING THE LAMP SO THAT WIRES DO NOT GET DAMAGED.
1) Turn the tube(I) to fixity(J), then ordinally turn the tube(H,G,F) to tight.
Make tube(F) through base(E)and metal washer(D), then use
spanner(A) to tighten hex nut(C) onto tube (F).
2) Affix the downy testudo(B) onto base(E).
3) Put harp (L) onto harp holder (K) .
4) Place the shade(M) on harp (L) and tighten with two finials (N).
5) Use only with two type A Max 60W bulb.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature
to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted.
Do not alter the plug.
