ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Trio Floor Lamp
Model# 4305-22
1. Please remove black bushings from the threading of the
poles.
2. Screw 3 tubes (B) into base (A) clockwise to tighten.
3. Insert acrylic table (C) onto tubes (B) and then screw on
3 tubes (D) to tighten.
4. Insert acrylic table (E) onto tubes (D).
5. In order to screw on tubes (F),(G) and (H), you will need
to alleviate the excess cord.
You will now need to lay the lamp on its side to reach the
bottom of the base. Pull each black cord gently from
the bottom of the base through the poles. You can hide
the excess cord under the black metal plate on the bottom
of the base.
6. Screw on tubes (F),(G) and (H) to secure acrylic table
(E).
7. Remove socket rings (K) from all 3 sockets.
8. Place 3 shades (J) onto sockets (I) , (F),(G) and then
screw on socket rings(K) to secure shades.

This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.Do not use with an
extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.
NOT ALTER THE PLUG .

incandescent bulbs or 3*13W CFL bulbs. (bulbs not included)
Must use all incandescent or all CFL bulbs.
