ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Ethan Arc Lamp
Model# 5049-15
1. Screw pole (C),(D) and (E) together.
2. Screw arm(B) and (A) together.
3. Insert tube (E) to through the washer (F) ,base (G)
& washer (H), then tighten it with nut (I) using
wrench (J).
Note: The Arc lamp should face forward with
the arms reaching over the base (see diagram
below).
4. Socket ring comes pre-assembled to the socket.
Before placing the shade onto the socket, please
unscrew this socket ring.
5. Place shade (K) onto socket and tighten it with
socket ring (L).
6. Place the diffuser (M) onto the shade after
installing the bulb (Not Included) .
Refer to the label on the lamp socket for maximum
wattage information.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug as a feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock (one blade is larger than the
other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If
it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.Do not use
with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.
DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG .
