ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Bowery Arc Lamp
Model# 4249-21 / 22
1. Insert the curved tube (H), (K) and (L) together, then
tighten it using hex screw (I) with allen wrench (J).
You may need to pull any excess cord gently through the
poles so that these two parts fit.
2. Fold the excess cord and insert into tube (A).
3. Place the curved tube (L) onto tube (A), then tighten it
using 2 hex screw pieces (M) with allen wrench (J).
Note: The Arc lamp should face forward in the same
direction as the switch, and cord coming out of the back
of the base.
3. Screw tube (A), (B) and (C) together until tight.
You may need to pull any excess cord gently through the
poles so that these two parts fit.
4. Insert tube (C) into base (D) & washer (E), then tighten it
with nut (F) using wrench (G).
5. Place shade (N) onto socket holder and turn the socket
ring (O) until tight to secure shade.

This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.Do not use with an
extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.
