INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT EXCEED PRODUCT RATING OR TOW VEHICLE'S LAMP LOAD RATING, WHICHEVER IS LOWER
56229 USCAR REPLACEMENT
VEHICLE END WITH 24" WIRES
TOOLS NEEDED
Wire stripper
Crimping tool
Heat gun
WARNING
Avoid heating the gas tank, fuel lines, brake lines or
other flammable materials when heating the heat shrink.
INSTALLATION
Step 1
Strip the insulation to
reveal 0.25" of bare wire (A).

Step 2
Place the heat shrink on the wire as
shown below (B). Crimp the butt splice.

Position the heat shrink over the splice (C)
and heat using a heat gun or similar device.
