3. No LED light turns on when the headset is powered on.

1. Charge the headset for 10 minutes to check if the issue is solved.
2. Check if another headset(same model) has the same issue.
3. Please wipe the metal contacts on the headset and Base with an alcohol swab and try again.
4. Try a cross-test to help check if the problem is with the headset or the Base.
