in using the device!
Issue: The X431 V+ scanner can't turn on or charge.
Solution:
Please try to fast boot the scanner, and then use the original USB cable to charge the device.
Step 1: Press the power button and volume "+" button at the same time. After the Tablet
vibration starts, release the power button and volume button to enter the interface "Fast Mood"
Step 2: Press the volume "+" or volume "-" button, select the Recovery mode interface and press
the power button to confirm.
Step 3: Select wipe data/factory reset, select yes>>>select wipe cache partition>>>select "yes"
Step 4: After completion, press the volume "+" or volume "-" key, move to "power off", and click
shutdown. Normally press the power button to boot.
Note:
After Fast-boot/Recovery, enter the boot setting wizard first. It is recommended to skip Wi-Fi and
Google account registration during the setting process. In addition, you need to download and
install the diagnostic APK again after Fast-boot/Recovery.

NOTE:
After downloading and install, please use the original account to log in, then go to update the
software. Don't choose the "Activate VCI", this step is no needed!
X431 V+ 3.0/2.0: Please download "X-431 V+ Android Download"
