Allgemeine Hinweise Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Das beschriebene Produkt ist in der von Heidolph Scientific Products GmbH gelieferten Variante für den Betrieb mit Magnetrührern des Typs Hei-PLATE Mix‘n‘Heat Ultimate (heben und senken des auf der Hebebühne platzierten Magnetrührers) entwickelt und konzipiert. Jede andere Verwendung des Geräts gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß! Regelkonforme Verwendung Die Konformität einer Applikation ist grundsätzlich vom Anwender zu evaluieren. -

Page 7: Kabelverbindung Magnetrührer - Hebebühne
Betrieb Kabelverbindung Magnetrührer – Hebebühne Der Anschluss der Hebebühne [2] erfolgt über das mitgelieferte USB C-Kabel an die USB C-Anschlussbuchse auf der Rückseite des Magnetrührers [1]: Sobald die Hebebühne softwareseitig erkannt wird, erscheint das entsprechende Symbol auf dem Display des Magnetrührers: Im Falle einer Unterbrechung der Datenverbindung zwischen Hebebühne und Magnetrührer erscheint auf dem Display des Magnetrührers die Warnmeldung [73: Hebebühne keine Verbindung] und das Symbol [Hebebühne angeschlossen] erlischt. -

Betrieb Verfahren Sie Hebebühne auf den höchsten Arbeitspunkt nach oben [5], schieben Sie die beiden Spannhebel auf Anschlag an die beiden Führungsbolzen [6] und ziehen Sie beide Spannhebel fest an. Die Position des Spannhebels kann ggf. angepasst werden: Ziehen Sie den Spannhebel nach außen, um diesen zu entriegeln [1a]. -

Betrieb Allgemeine Hinweise Wird softwareseitig am Magnetrührer keine Hebebühne erkannt, erscheint beim Öffnen des Menüs [Hebebühne] der Hinweis [Keine Hebebühne angeschlossen]. Überprüfen Sie in diesem Fall die Kabelverbindung zwischen Magnetrührer und Hebebühne. Wurde die Hebebühne erkannt, wird das Symbol [Hebebühne angeschlossen] in der Kopfzeile des Displays eingeblendet (Abb. -

Bedienung Signalisierung Beim Verfahren der Hebebühne werden folgende optische und/oder akustische Meldungen erzeugt: Beim automatischen Verfahren der Hebebühne wird für die gesamte Verfahrdauer ein Warnsymbol [Quetschgefahr] auf dem Display des Magnetrührers angezeigt. Beim Verfahren der Hebebühne nach oben und unten erzeugt der Magnetrührer in jedem Betriebszustand und für die gesamte Verfahrdauer einen Klackton. -

Operation Move the lab jack upward to the highest working point [5], push the two clamping levers onto the two guide pins [6] until they stop and tighten the two clamping levers. The position of the clamping lever can be adjusted, if necessary: Pull the clamping lever outwards to unlock it [1a]. -
Page 21: Lowering The Lab Jack Automatically
Mark the [Error] option if the lab jack is to move downward immediately in case of an error (error message or warning message!). The magnetic stirrer then switches to the safe operating state (speed 100 rpm, heating off). If the option is deselected, the lab jack does not move in case of error. -

Operation Signaling When moving the lab jack, the following visual and/or acoustic messages are generated: When moving the lab jack automatically, a warning symbol [Risk of crushing] is shown on the display of the magnetic stirrer for the whole moving duration. When moving the lab jack upward and downward, the magnetic stirrer generates a clack sound in every operating state and for the whole moving duration. -
